Hello, I'm new to the pythonprogramming.net community and I wanted to head into machine learning, but before I dive into it I was wondering what tutorials I should watch before heading into Sentdex's series (Other than python basics)?

The only real pre-requisite is that you know Python decently, and maybe know a bit on Pandas: https://pythonprogramming.net/data-analysis-python-pandas-tutorial-introduction/
